Personal Training Expectations
If you have pre-Paid for Personal Training sessions as part of a package then you will need to book these individually with Jo or Scott. If you are unable to make the session/s or if you are late you must contact your coach within 24 hours otherwise there may be a charge or your session will be used up.
Please make sure that you have eaten adequately before your session and are fully hydrated (with a water bottle) and you are wearing the correct clothing for training (i.e gloves).
We like to stay in close contact with our clients, If you live locally we prefer to either meet you on a 1-2-1 basis. We use Tanita Body Fat scales to monitor progress as well and a good old fashioned tape measure.
Our aim is to update your plan after 4-6 weeks, please keep in touch so we can monitor progress.
I promise to email your plan over to you within 5-7 days once payment has been received and cleared through the bank.
We are here for you as your coaches to offer support motivation and advice, please contact me between 8am-8pm Monday-Friday Weekends are ok but only if it is an absolute emergency. I am with you all the way!
Payment is to be made in full unless an alternative payment plan has been agreed. Refunds will not be given once plans have been designed and sent out. You are entering into a contract with ‘JoProfitness’ and I will expect full payment within 30 days months of starting the plan and I kindly ask you not to share the food plan with anyone such as friends or family as it is personalised to you and your specific needs.
If you require further support or unsure about anything on the plan then please contact your coach within 48 hours so that it can be amended or clarified.
