This detailed 12 week food plan will offer you a wide variety of delicious, nutritious, tasty foods to support your goals.
Whether you want to reduce body fat, gain muscle or even both! This fully tried & tested 12 week food plan will help to take the stress away from you and eliminate the mistakes made when starting a plan, you can fully concentrate on enjoying the process and enjoying the journey!
You will be provided with all the help that you need when it comes to planning, preparing and shopping, all meals will be broken down into macros Fat %, Carbs % and protein % also you will have suggestions on how many kcals to consume each day and each meal.

What you will get in the Silver package:

  2. You will receive a fully detailed food plan meal by meal day by day in including all the macros and Kcals for each day.
  3. You will be advised on which supplements best to take to support your goals.

  5. Your Meal Plans will be based around a “Carb Cycle” to suit your lifestyle or activity level – More about this explained in the plan.

Flexible Food and Progressive Training Plan up to a 20 weeks.
You will receive up to 4 Food Plans & full support along the way & up to 4 varied Training Plans tailored to your goals.

  • Week 1-4 – Phase 1
  • Week 4-6 – Phase 2
  • Week 6-12 – Phase 3
  • Week 12-16 – Phase 4

This Show Prep plan will offer you a wide variety of delicious, nutritious, tasty foods to support your goals leading to stage. To help you build muscle and reduce fat slowly and safely! This plan has been tried & tested with great results from many athletes who have been awarded PRO status and coached with Jo Pro Fitness.

Getting the right support and help when prepping for a show is imperative, It will help to take away some for the stress as it can be a daunting thought to prep for a show alone when there is so much conflicting advice out there! Joining the Show Team and having a personal Coach will allow you to fully concentrate on enjoying the journey leading to stage and seeing your body transform week by week!

You will be provided with all the help you need when it comes to planning, preparing and shopping, all meals will be broken down into macros Fat %, Carbs % and protein % also you will have suggestions on how many kcals overall to consume each day.
